Not a big fan of this place you are not appreciated that much and if u r a beginner than u should skip the place beginners are allowed to work at a place known as banquet I have seen lot of peoplel working around 2 years but still they are not getting an opportunity to work at restaurants so maybe you should try other hotels I think that's better than Taj Taj provides better service only to the staff who is a permanent staff not for the beginners...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
