I found that the growth is slow for the people at the mangerial post. Rest every industry has their own pros and cons.

The name Taj indicates crown. It's a previlege to work with such a prestigious hotel chain.They gave freedom to handle the guest which was little difficult at times but as I started to enjoy the company of the guest which not only made the guest feel good which also had a positive effect on me too which is such a beautiful experience with Taj every one was so coordinating and helpful and also taught lot of basic techniques and skills. The time of work was difficult to adjust but as time passed by and also due to the work the time was just an abstract concept.

The job was mostly time bounded as per shift timings and the company's trainee manager was very supportive

Dislikes

Sometimes there was no proper scheduling of job to b done and some employees were demotivating towards us.
