I work i housekeeping department. For me my department is good friendly head and managers but overall company management is not good. Poor cafetaria meal almost most of the days. Work life balance is not up to mark human resources management really need to focus on staff satisfaction. This company never cares about staff. I don't understand why cafetaria committee members says they don't have food to staff and quality of food is very bad. I joined taj because of Ratan tata, but the hotel Vivanta by taj owned by kamat construction and they will rule the taj, there are two Vivanta Taj properties in Goa both are owned by Kamat and they comond the taj. It is worst experience of my life, no job security, no appreciation after saving more than 1 crore, Taj management is not good. My rating is 0
