This is my true and honest review after serving almost 9 yrs service in this firm. First of all it's proprietorship firm, And there is no job security. Here you get only salary and expenses and nothing else. Here only things is matter money how much they can earn. No insurance, No Provident fund for employees. I worked here almost 9yrs and at the end nothing i got except salary and expenses. And for yearly bonus they deduct amount from your salary and give as bonus. Here there is no benefit for employees and they don't think for employees future. Total hectic. Here only policy are matching with work but not matching with benefit to give to employee. Here the working atmosphere is very bad(unprofessional), no one will support you. The thing only matters here is money and you should get it for doing anything. They can anytime remove you or not give your salary.
