It is a good place to work, you can have a proper work life balance, especially if you are living in coimbatore this is the best company to work for if you are into international accounting, taxation and Audit.

Dislikes

cannot say I dislike anything really, but the probationary period of 1 year without any leave benefits seems a bit more than the market average of 6months. and be ready to work for some more hours in peek season as it is the same as other companies. and also be ready to work on sat on just peek season alone.

It’s like home. Daniel Victor, Managing Director is very friendly and we can discuss any issues directly with him. He treats everyone as family. They do a lot of activities for employee self development. It’s like a government job, You do your job right you can continue till retirement.

We don't have cab facility in Vitae. It would be very helpful if cab facilities are provided to us.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
