Comparing to other state board school's they pay more

Work timing 12 hours a day Even child did any wrong behaviour out side the school teacher is responsible for that... Even if you train child to get 70% marks then also they will not satisfy if you train for 85% also they will not satisfy.. One section you have to handle where students are less IQ people for them also they will ask to train for 70%... Finally I completely lost grip on my subject and irritation on teaching... They didn't supported during covid-19. March 24 knockdown held April 1st they thrown out 75% staff from the school. Normally our salary date is 13 to 17 of every month. In this covid-19 pandemic condition they given us salary on 20th day of every month that too half salary from the month of April it self. But they collected full fee for academic year 19-20. For academic year 20-21 they collected full fee from day scholars and 75% fee from borders. They conducted online classes for foundation only not for academic subjects. They didn't provided any thing to teach class. Everything was arranged by the teacher only. In this condition also due to bad weather or due to any phone problem when they find poor signal to our phones then they strictly instructed that if you want to save your job then get internet connection immediately other wise you will be out of the job. The parents who is unable to pay fee they forcefully stopped to attend classes. To collect the fee they threatened parents. Students writen online exams depending on that results they given promotion ( to the better section)...Read More

Our chairman sir use to say that we are his family. He will support us in every aspect. But to day in this pandemic condition he thrown 250 teaching staff out of 350 and regular workers, cook's, ayaas hostel wardens etc will be 400 His age is nearly 80years. His school strength is nearly 5000 ( 2000 day scholars + 3000 borders) (fee 40000 + 175000 ) He collected 75% of fee from ever borders and 100% fee from day scholars but he didn't given any excuse for the teachers how's children is studying in his school. There the teacher is working for others children and his own child is not attending the class due to fee due. In this school no teacher will get any benefits. Fortunately if you asked and got the benefit then they will start pressuring you in different ways which you can't expect....Read More
