Worst organisation !!! The CEO does not care about employees !!! During COVID this became the worst company , CEO told that there is cost cutting in salary of every employee because of company situation, to protect from layoffs but slowly layoff started during the salary cut !!! What an intellegent move by the CEO !!! By cutting this 20% from employees they have saved I suppose millions and the saved the company !!! Worst ideas worst HR policies . May be post Covid since they lost most of the business they realised finally that the company Main Strength is employees not CEO. Company is good for learning, if you are fresher then you will get to learn lot of things here, and you will be working on multiple projects at a same time so work load will sometimes be more, talking about salary you will get as per the market standard but internal increment is very less,

Visteon should focus on salary of existing employees rather than giving more package to employees which switch from other companies to visteon.
