The company is open to freedom so thats why work experience is excellent.

Dislikes

Swift swap rule is paining. When u apppy thn after 9 mnth to change but not its fix to say you r shifting in night to day shift so that's y its painful.

It is good for fresher who want to start their career.job trainings for fresher is there. Employees who carry more than 2 years of experience should go and try for another graphic designing company as a production artist. Appraisal are good. Team working together is awsum. Work pressure is minimum

Slow career growth. Slow( more than 3 years) for next level opportunity for production artist , team lead, managers
