The company will adapt you even your knoeledge is little bit less,collegues helps me in my roll, if i did any mistake my manager correct thise tjings like a teacher.working here feels like working with our brothers & family members.

Salary is good,but the work pressure is liitle bit high.some timed i have to work 12-13 hours.Theres is no appreciation .but the management is good especially our GM,he is the one give me an golden chance to know and study about yhis field.i will be thankfull for him for my life.hence all our coworkers are good except some.nice company to learn and work.

Hence its a growing company,theres no boundry for our work,generally am only take qty, project budgeting, executing, and bikling follow ups are all done by the project enginners only.so its a good platform to wider our knowledge.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
