I have ~4 years of experience working as a Functional Tester. I don't have much interest in working in automation as I am lacking behind the programming skills required for automation testing. I am confused about the future and growth aspects of staying as a Functional Tester. Should I consider PSM certification or any other role that doesn't necessarily require me to sit and code.

Visionet likes to encourage technology and utmost customer satisfaction. The dedicated workforce is what i like most in Visionet.

Dislikes

Organizational culture is not that transperant and moreover its about your boss which decides your existence in any company. Unfortunately, i got an idiot as my direct supervisor and bunch of fools in the upper level management who couldnt control this idiot even after understanding his childish and rubbish charecter.

Work Details

Was good in the initial days and visionet known for routine change in higher management. Become hectic and horrible after new management took in charge.
