Likes

Best in class working experience. Specially for those who are hungry to learn its a gifted place.

Dislikes

Just the extreme working environment. Least politics and maximum work is the motto.

Work Details

I joined in as a fresher and was able to learn and design residential and commercial buildings single handful within couple of months. That’s the grace of working at Visda. It’s for those who do.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
