The company is open to innovation and readily adopta latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high, sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend meeting.

Its an company which is not an cash Rich company and does not pay salary in time. Also Traveling Expence for the month are paid after 3 month consecutively holding 2 month Travel Expence. Seniors are indulged in dirty politics and in particular there is no working culture and ethics. The RM based in Ranchi based at Ranchi is very much involved in dirty politics and can't maintain the decorum of RM.
