The company is open to innovation and readily adopta latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high, sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend meeting.

Salary is good.

Its an company which is not an cash Rich company and does not pay salary in time. Also Traveling Expence for the month are paid after 3 month consecutively holding 2 month Travel Expence. Seniors are indulged in dirty politics and in particular there is no working culture and ethics. The RM based in Ranchi based at Ranchi is very much involved in dirty politics and can't maintain the decorum of RM. He is working like typical Area Manager and interferes in daily working of the Branch and Malice the top management to be in their good book....Read More

Work Details

Being Branch manager cum RSM my job was a little bit hectic. Moreover, it was really challenging to re-established the brand and company image in the market and I enjoyed it a lot. Frequent travel and regular market/customers visit was must to regain it.
