Role & responsibilities

a. Ensuring the company adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.

b. Maintaining statutory books and records, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.

c. Filing necessary documents and returns with regulatory authorities such as the Registrar of Companies.

d. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.

e. Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs).

f. Taking minutes, drafting resolutions, and lodging required forms and annual returns.

g. Providing guidance to the Chairman and Board on corporate governance matters.

h. Advising the companys Directors and officers about their statutory duties and responsibilities.

i. Communicating with shareholders and ensuring the payment of dividends.

j. Handling correspondence, collating information, writing reports, and ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

a) Qualified Company Secretary

b) To produce the Article ship completion certificate

c) To clear written exam to be conducted by us (drafting of resolution/ Case Study/ Sections/ Provisions etc.)

d) Preferable if Female

e) Should be Fluent in English
