Very elementary overview of pharma forecasting

There are a lot of points that would come here: 1) It is nothing like a company, with absolutely no system of tracking projects, appraising or reviewing people. 2) There are a bunch of "favorites" who consider the place like their fiefdom. They demean the other people, pass oblique references and downright humiliate them 3) There isabsolutely no substantial value add in terms of skills or pharma domain expertise here. Most of the "forecasting projects" have no statistical or business basis to them, secondary research is the only tool they have. Even when primary surveys etc are done, they are clueless about how to interpret the results 4) The CEO has been taken for a ride and it continues to be so. He does not even visit the office whenever he makes a visit to India and just relies on the information which is fed to him by the "favorites" 5) Favorites have a flexible policy for everything. They can decide their leaves, office timings and even salary and no one can question them 6) As specified before, they are losing clients due to poor knowledge of forecasting and hence there are prolonged bench periods In short, please DO NOT JOIN THIS PLACE. wait patiently for a proper company to offer you a job...Read More
