Top management peoples are very worst they dont have any oppourtunity to work other company so they doing jaldra to owner and GM expecting from employees is replaceing god photo into owner photo in our house . And they told everyone to"today you are eating food & wearing a dress " is provided by our owner so think about your work....he is a shit . GM was damaing owners name and broking employess trust about the MD at last if you want to work in visalam energy you have to forget your family and work for them continiously wothout getting an appreciation including gossips...Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
