Complete change from to high level of employees, VE is like a home for me i spend 8 years here, Even i got appraisal in 2020 as well, But as of now companies condition and management is seriously low. If someone gives a decade to your company. You should value your those employees. All old employees has left the company on a bad note.

Firstly received a called from Virtual Employee HR called (Purbasha Bose), she schedule an interview for me with this person called James (if I am not wrong) month of Nov 2024, after the interview the HR says that I am selected and my joining would be from Dec 2nd and again she changed it to Jan 2025, while the documentation was taking place, HR asked that if I am graduate or not? Didn't you checked my CV while my interview was going on?? TBH they called themselves MNC, but seems like they work more like small companies, wasted time, wasted months for me, no communication between the HR and Management, in my life working for 4 years never saw these kinda brainless creatures.
