1.TL, HR, HRG and Management are the worst 2.They will treat you like gulams 3. No hikes 4. Will suggest you to work for one and half clients -12 hours otherwise they don't give hikes 5. No worklife balance 6. You will also work on Team Lead clients plus your work 7.No ethics -,Team Leads don't support overwork, they will overload you with work 8. You will feel like labour who works on hourly basis for one person to another 9.They get clients if client leaves will blame you for performance and then will not give you appraisal 10. Even if you have a client they will keep on delaying appraisal process so that if a client leaves then they will say bad performance. Worst - they will say you should be grateful that we are paying you salary.After getting billings of high value they will pay you so less. Do not join if you value your mental health. The company has hold my salary and has hold the relieving and experience letter, that too with invalid non official SLA where I have asked for relieving with valid medical reasons, they has been mentioning that their SLA is more important than anyone’s medical condition and asking for 2,00,000 for experience letter and relieving with final FNF. I would not recommend working here.

Firstly received a called from Virtual Employee HR called (Purbasha Bose), she schedule an interview for me with this person called James (if I am not wrong) month of Nov 2024, after the interview the HR says that I am selected and my joining would be from Dec 2nd and again she changed it to Jan 2025, while the documentation was taking place, HR asked that if I am graduate or not? Didn't you checked my CV while my interview was going on?? TBH they called themselves MNC, but seems like they work more like small companies, wasted time, wasted months for me, no communication between the HR and Management, in my life working for 4 years never saw these kinda brainless creatures.
