Never join this company first they hire with handsome package after 15 days they ask to leave. I had join this company 1st November 2023 they offer 34 k in hand after that they said Client not happy with performance ask to leave without giving any explanation, never told what mistakes I have done even they didn't give second chance which most of company do. Firstly received a called from Virtual Employee HR called (Purbasha Bose), she schedule an interview for me with this person called James (if I am not wrong) month of Nov 2024, after the interview the HR says that I am selected and my joining would be from Dec 2nd and again she changed it to Jan 2025, while the documentation was taking place, HR asked that if I am graduate or not? Didn't you checked my CV while my interview was going on?? TBH they called themselves MNC, but seems like they work more like small companies, wasted time, wasted months for me, no communication between the HR and Management, in my life working for 4 years never saw these kinda brainless creatures.
