Hard to grow for VE, easy to grow for client. Management and it decisions and not employee friendly though it's a employee supermarket.

Work Details

I started as a Financial Analyst for a UK based private equity investment company in May 2015. I was the only employee working dedicated for the client, I got the opportunity to build a team and promote as Management Accountant.
