There is not much job security as its an outsourcing company, as long as you are assigned to client you are secured. haven't had a chance to interact with the upper management but at lower level its almost obsolete. there is no order and complete chaos. there is not a single policy which is in your favor, They don't even provide provident fund. 12 leaves an year.

Dislikes

The best and worst thing about the company is that everything depends on your client which you are assigned to. appraisals are excellent if your billing is high. Career growth entirely is a luck factor here as if you get a client where there is no scope of learning, you don't have a say in that. Politics is on epic level but i believe that's everywhere. worst part is if you are not in a big team then you ll be people working with you from different domains and nobody ll understand the kind of challenges you are facing...Read More
