False commitment, pathetic treatment, absolute pressure, work life imbalance, improper food, unhygienic washroom, no further scope, got cheated by company, less increment, unnecessary preaching by bramhakumari (ask CMD itself is he following the preaching), unstable rules & regulations, late working hours, no holidays, the list will be go on but criticizing will not stop.......

It was a great experience while working at Viraj Profiles, though it was a very small period but i experienced all the faces of a great organisation in such a small span. Team work, cooperation, learning opportunities, job security everything was good. Seniors were very coperative. Lucky to be a part of Viraj.

Whenever anyone asks me that I have been working here for long and when will I change. I always tell them that there is no need to change the company . I love everything about working in my office. I have covered a long duration of 2.5 years here. And i still have no plans to change. I love my salary and I am very happy with the percentage of hike given every year. I am working at Viraj as the Sr Manager of Indirect Tax for the past 3 years. In the job, there work load is fine and the duties are big. I am always required to be fully focused and disciplined in everything that I am doing here at work. There were no meditation programs prior to the coronavirus situation. After this, such programshave tarted to take place in the office. When I consider the focus and discipline I need for work, I really need these programs. This is not the first company where I have worked. This is my fifth company in my career. It really surprises me that Viraj has as little politics as possible. This company is very big and yet I find very little episodes of politics. I have worked in startups too with less staff but even there the politics was high and would interfere with my work. I am at good position in this company. I am being given a great salary package as well as hikes in the salary. In the corona virus lock down too, my salary did not get affected. Even the increment was not delayed during this time. The organization did not shutdown its operations when a large number of companies were not operating atall. Viraj Profiles Limited has been organizing sanitization drills on a timely basis and in a strict manner. Every area of the workplace has been sincerely sanitized for employee safety. We also have Sanitization tunnel installed in all the plants and offices for the safety of the employees....Read More

There is no big disadvantages or something to dislike as such. The training sessions are conducted regularly. I will only like to suggest that the training sessions should be encouraged more often. They are very helpful for all.
