This review is mainly for Rashmi 6 unit. Rashmi Paradigm and Rashmi green hydrogen. I have no idea about the other units. The first and foremost basic thing which everyone requires to survive is money which they don't give timely. This is my second month after joining and I have not received money of the previous month as well. These people hold money of employees for no reason. Sometimes they say that we are in loss so can't pay you money. Many person has left the job without taking salary of 2-3 months as they are not willing to pay the salary. Please don't do the same mistake which many people has done of joining this waste company. These people gives a huge hike and brings people from good industries including MNC's and then they stop paying you. It's a request, don't join here. 2.HR's are useless and incompetent. They only know how to lie to people during joining 3. Company food is worst of its kind and no food outside in the vicinity. 4. There’s a cartel around the rich fool! There is this wannabe gangster precast head who thinks he has Mike Tyson’s soul inside him and bests up employees, and shameless management doesn’t take any action! Management uses MC BC stuff, salary hold, abrupt termination/suspension etc. There’s is a good for nothing head lady who is like 10th fail MBBS who has risen the ranks for god knows how! There’s is no HR, only a bunch of recruiters just keep making fools out of aspirants! India is full of greedy job seekers who fall for inexplicable offers or like me stays put in an absolute unethical company due to personal issues.
