Role & responsibilities

Key Area

1. Having 2-5 years experience in Export with qualification MBA/EXIM/Other equivalent Degree / Diploma/Certificate etc.;

2. Familiar with FEMA / RBI Compliances , Inco terms etc. related to Export Trade;

3. Familiar with Export LCs and related clause / compliances;

4. Preparation & checking of export documents (Pre & Post Shipping Documents) like Draft (Bill of Exchange), Performa /Commercial Invoice, B/L , Insurance certificate , Certificate of Origin , MTC , Shipping Bills etc. as per LCs and export orders.;

5. Export Bills realisation / IRMs disposal to the banks;

6. EBRC /EDPMS (IRM & SBs) Clearance - on daily basis

7. Export Bills discounting / PC or PCFC disbursement & end use funds submission to the bank;

8. Familiar with IBS/SAP/ Other Export software ;

9. Regular basis update export MIS and keep documents records in appropriate;

10. Knowledge of MS Windows like Excel , word , Power point etc.;

11. Good communication skills , Positive attitude , Team management and desire to learn more abilities

12. Coordination with Internal (Shipping , Sales, Forex Dept. etc.) / External (Banks, Insurance etc.) related stake holders.
