The VIPAS.AI company is a small group of people, so only founder handles all the HR stuffs, so I recently switched to another company, the founder was really rude and insulted me. Plus in the relieving letter he put a wrong signature, due to which I m facing issues in my current company, and the salary settlement was also not good. In VIPAS.AI, I built all the backend services from scratch, every single services, and the founder didnt even have the courtesy to reply to my background verification(due to which I m facing issues in my current company). Please never join this company, as leaving the company is a very experience both physically and mentally. He mentally and verbally harassed not only me but other ex employess as well who tried to leave this company....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
