Nothing. This company is horrible.

This has to be the absolute worst company that I have ever worked for. Every stereotype of a bad company and bad management can be seen here. Also it's the only company where people are bullies out in the open. It's just crazy.
-They provide free lunch every day, but the free lunch is the leftover from whatever went on the day before. If there was a conference the day before, all those sandwiches that were left out all day get put away at the end of the conference for your lunch tomorrow, and maybe the day after if there is no mold on it.
-People say things like "Do you know who I am", "I'm friends with the CEO", "I'll just talk to the CEO", or "I don't have to follow the rules, I know so and so". Seriously. Someone from another department will start bossing you around and bullying you while name dropping and making subtle threats.
-Everything is gross. I've stayed in a fair number of hotels throughout my life, but all these ones are notably out of date and need upgrades. All the equipment is garbage, the computers are garbage, monitors, everything. There is no budget so you sit in a used 20 year old chair from one of the hotel rooms at a mismatched desk that was retired from a hotel room. Nothing gets cleaned and all the offices are in the basements, so it gets depressing like jail to not have a window to look out all day.
-You get told there is free coffee, but there are two standards. There is fresh coffee like the guests get, and then there is staff coffee. Only a selected few will get the fresh coffee while "staff" gets cold coffee from the nigh before that you're expected to microwave.
-Managers yell at people. Sounds odd, right? But as you see in some of these other reviews, they hire a lot of winners, so it's funny to see front desk or food and beverage managers yell at people, especially at much smarter people.
-There is a lot of spite, jealously, frustration and anger. Some people will go out of their way to make work for people right when they are supposed to be going home. The problem with this type of company where people work around the clock is they prioritize the continuity, so just because you leave at 5, doesn't mean everyone else does. Someone will wait all day with an IT / Maintenance / Guest / whatever issue and then at 4:50pm call you up and stress how important it is that it needs to be done for tomorrow morning. Then they leave.
-No one wants to do their jobs
-Way too much ego for a place that pay people so little. You'd figure you're getting a good talking too from some crazy 6 figure manager / hr / sales manager, but they're really making 40k and taking things too seriously.
-They want you on a daily basis to drive your personal car around to their 13 different properties while paying you nothing for gas or milage.
This company does not care about you, the managers don't care about you, your co-workers don't care about you. You will have no support, no proper training, no raises, no promotions, low pay, low morale, and a low budget. It's just mind boggling. This is a company that gives you PTSD....Read More
