I like I get promotion with in 3 months i have joined

The management behave partiality and the Site head behave rude he doesn't respect the team members. In the management few of them behave like disrespect so only the management name is damaging.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
