I am writing for Manish Gajbhiye and Omkarsinh Rathod Agar mai starting ki baat karti hu toh manish was a nice guy he wants to support each and every one in terms if anything…and he was behave very nicely with everyone, help everyone but now time is change when i am working with manish there are so much of misunderstanding happens in between us he don’t wants to support me in anything he just think about other QA’s that is very hurting for me….sometimes i feel he is doing intentionally bcz someone is telling to do such things and his image is making bad infront of each and every person…. For Omkar…in starting i feel he is very genuine guy he will not support to any of us he just thik about himself after that i get to know about him sometimes he is supportive sometime he just think about themselve….As compared to manish omkar is more more supportive for me in terms of everything but sometimes he is just scream out and say words thaat is not necessary someone feel bad…so he need to change this so he can be a good leader...Read More

The work culture and Pavitra maam (MD) is great ideal for everyone she is very kind women.

Management don’t take any action on people who are been accused. The Maneger there is full money minded person asks for money talk rubbish about the girl abused a girl on the floor still no action was taken the girl reached to the upper management even though there was no action taken the girl was forced to resign. No one care aboutthe review form which are submitted while release. The manger always ask for money and alcohol parties if stop giving he will start taking revenge on you. I would suggest you guys to please be aware before joining the company it’s just a awareness for people. I know this comment will also be deleted as management don’t want to take action on him. He encouraged me to do all the task which is assigned to him so that I could be ready for next level. In vindhya if I talk about hygiene..the cleaning staff is very rude in behaviour they are not doing dusting properly and if we ask to they are not responding for it .they does not care about people's health over there the girls vindhya washroom are very unhygienic we have to think about it

Very supportive person & motivates us in a difficult situation. Easy to access for any thing. Thanks! (Vikas Dahiwile) Additionally, our new centre head (Karthik Sir) who joined recently is also, very professional and supportive. We are learning new skills.

Leave policies are not good. Employees have very less options. Should extend the leave carry forward policy so that leaves could not be expired in December month and employee can get the benifits of it. Either we can carry forward their leaves or incase it in their salary. Also, very less promotion opportunity for a trainer. Thankyou!
