Starting with management personnel, cmd sir, directors are very polite and humble. Respect each employee and provide recognition infront of other employees. Very helpful in professional as well as personal front. Bosses are full of industrial knowledge and doesn't shows their bossisiom on juniors. Very happy that i m working in such a great organisation.

Pay is somehow on lower side as compare to industrial standards

There is nothing to like about this company as most of job holders lack soft skills here and they are just incompetent for the job role. Many deserving candidates have lost their job due to some stupid people working in the senior management.

Dislikes

Lucknow Office employees are highly incompetent and corrupt. They fool their own boss for money and make fake bills.

Management is very coorporative. Too cooperative in my opinion. They tend to put a lot of faith in the employees but unfortunately there are a few employees who've been trusted but have not been working in the company's interest.

Salary not in time. Generally salary credits after 15th / wait until company RA bill gets credit. Contractor payments are not in time. Unprofessional culture. No value for time. HR ignores to employees after the completion of notice period. FNF not in time.
