Those were the best 1 years of my life working with them Thnx to the owner Mr Nanu Gupta who has given us such a great platform to grow, I have never heated that the owner knows the employees by there name but he is the one he knows almost all of us by our name, that makes you feel like home 😍😍. If I get a chance will love to go back and work with them

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
