There is no need to worry about Job Security Because they Handle it Very Well if you are Deserving Candidate. Talking about Management then its also Good talking about my Individual Store.Its a Great Company to work for nothing and you can say Negative about this Company.

The Only thing is that in this Industry there is no Personal life for people cuz its 10 hours work Shift and if someone is staying far like me then is a Headache. ( They dont give near by Branch Easily )

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
