Salary is less. Work load is more. No Indian holiday. Also no US holiday on time. Free overtime they don't pay you for overtime. When they don't have work they leave early and pending hours added in you compensation and give you full salary and that pending hours adjust with overtime the don't pay you extra over time. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and sometimes management doesn't address our issues. As compared to work load salary is less. Carrier growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting, work life is good before covid-19 situation. When lockdown started they gives us work from home to continue job, work load is increased but salary remain same.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
