Internal politics if we are perform well then politics will workout and management will transfer to us some other VAC. Am the victim of this. In 2021 i was converted odmv for rs 9600000 till October but our senior sales manager can convert odmv only rs 5500000. After this convertion without any reason management moved me to schengen VAC. Only on this reason i was resigned from VFS.

Need to work more than 12 hours daily managers will not get overtime benifit also. So vfs work life is horrible
