Okay everything was okay but job security is less here but I learnt many things about visa. This is very good platform to start career. Even I would like to join again. :)

Dislikes

I don’t like the test which they are taking between provisional periods. Even so earlier they take test. It take little time to learn new things. In one month they took test of us. In visa process there are many things to learn not the certain things who we can learn in one month .

Work balance and people who work in that company support you to deal with the situation

Local staff politics if you can't handle yourself or you are very kind and soft hearted don't get mix up asap take time get to know people then work with the people who understands the situation and there are people who will support and there always two side so i suggest take deap breathe and just do your work and go home you will be happy. Salary also ok but career growth is slow.

There was no job security and growth opportunity. I lost my job because I want to go to India because of critical illness in my family and also felt depressed due to lockdown. As the managers came to know that I need break rather than supporting me in this critical time first they threaten me that on furlough you are not allowed to leave country and we will terminate you. In corona the company take the designation letter to permanent staff Or experience staff instead those staff who worked jst one year... Work culture is good but the management is not good in the peak season. Company policies are good they give good incentives and bonus
