Didnt like the Interview and process altogether.

I was informed prior to the Interview process that I would'nt be grilled on Healthcare Recruitment coming form a Non Healthcare Recruitment background, but the opposite happened at the interview. Inspite of Informing the Recruiter prior to Interview that I don't think I was a good match for the requirment, the Ops manager, still forced me to go through the interview and that thay wouldnt not ask me indepth questions on the day of the interview, but the opposite happened at the time. Also the Recruitment Team kept pushing me to to the Assessment on Holy week, when they very well knew it was a week of prayer. I come from a non Tech background and inspite knowing this they made me go throw the interview process and they had informed me that we would be trained and given help to understand Helathcare recruitment, but the opposite happened and I was rejected from the Interview. I would recomment to an entry level or Recruiter candidate who is looking for a Position. Not a Positive experience....Read More
