Initially it was ok but the owners never stuck to one decision

Dislikes

No ethics towards employees. Pure exploitation. Owner itself lied and changed stands every now & then. People were made to forcefully sign on a offer letter with 50 to 75% deduction in salary. With a promise of revision which never happened and today only 3 employees are there rest everyone left. Plus the owner would hire high cost resources irrationally which are not needed.

I don’t mind high pressure or extensive travelling as it comes with responsibilities & position so would not comment on this
