The beginning was really good as you get a lot of trainings and experience.

With time, the work pressure increases from 0-100 within few weeks. Higher Management isn't worried about how lower level employees get pressured. Good and efficient employees leaving jobs due to low increments and cost cutting after the vivid. Hybrid models are good but this should be employees choice.
