Likes

One of the best workplace. Great work environment. Good work life balance. One of the companies where you get more leaves. But in recent times things are changing a bit. Job security was great when I joined, not anymore. Still would surely recommend this organization.

Dislikes

Most of the times HR doesn't know that ground reality and completely depends on Managers decision. So if you are not in good terms with manager then your tenure here is not going to be great. Job security is not that great in recent time. Lot of firing happening openly and also silently.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
