Dislikes

No proper KT will be given Most of the people here are 10+ years experience and it’s first job they know the system very well, when outsider comes it’s so difficult to survive in this environment. Middle management are only worried about numbers.

Work life balance is great. Almost 50 paid leaves per year. Verizon offers many opportunities if you are willing to move to US.

Dislikes

Movement between teams is not easy. Hikes are very average. No ESOPs.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
