The work hours are not flexible, and the leave policy is quite strict, which makes it challenging for employees to take leaves as per their personal needs. Moreover, the lack of Saturdays off is very bad. Additionally, increasing investment in employee welfare initiatives and modernizing certain operational tools would further boost productivity and employee satisfaction.
