This is a product as well as service based company. But the catch is, there aren't many in-house projects (product-based). The tech used in the in-house projects are Java, and other age-old techs like Perl. Even if you join here, switching to other company isn't that easy as this is a networking company. As for out-housing project (service-based), you join other bigger companies like Cisco, Infinera, Radysis and work in their office as a contractor. Salary is from Velankani. About promotions, the salary hike is around ~5% per year, which isn't great. If you are a desparate fresher and don't have any other offer, then only join this company but try to switch after 1 year....Read More
