It a proper 9-5 job. It has wonderful work environment. If you are committed to the job, nobody bothers you for anything. There are no restrictions on eating timings or going to canteen or meeting your colleagues in free times. People are self disciplined. And you get all govt holidays.

Nothing like one would like it..it was overall an worst experience to work with. Students are obviously good but college staff and management is very poor infrastructure is terrible. and working over there is a just a waste of time

They don't respect there employee at all. If you just want the tag of Vjti in your CV then must go for it. But at the end of the day u will find nothing but disappointment. Forget growth and increment in salary. Rather they decrease it.
