I was very happy to work for company, with the team support for my territory, as a team leader we done as our level best results.

Dislikes

I have given my 100% to company for month by month growth in Sales. But some distributors not giving payment to company, so company started holding our Salary & Expances, so I was not happy & satisfaction....? So I have resign from my the job....

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
