Let's begin: 1. **HR:** A very unsuited, introverted, company's sycophantic HR who doesn’t want to listen and help the employees, instead doing whatever the company says. 2. **Administration:** The most unprofessional, manipulative administration that treats you like subordinates while being nice to your face. 3. **Work Culture:** 9-7 is the working hour. But if you get even a minute late due to any circumstances, the incompetent HR will mark it as a half day, but won’t provide any concession when you're forced to work after 7 PM daily because the boss arrives at the office right at 6:50, sharing some pointless stories and wasting your time. So, no overtime compensation. 4. **Promotion/Appraisal:** Straightforward answer: if you’re a girl with good looks and want to always flatter the owner, you’ll get an appraisal. Appraisals here are basically based on your ability to ingratiate yourself with the owner, and your work means nothing to him. 5. **Job Security:** Rest assured, they won’t terminate you because experienced people don’t stay there, and they won’t fire someone working on bare minimum wages around the clock. 6. **Work-Life Balance:** Once you start working here, forget your personal life because they won’t give you a moment to have one. Also, if you happen to relax with your colleagues after working hours or on Sundays, the owner won’t like it because he doesn’t want you to have a personal life. 7. **Company Culture:** This whole organization operates on the whims of one man—the owner. If you say anything that pleases him, it’s fine, but if you speak about science, according to him, you know nothing. Unqualified people are given authority to run the labs, while those with actual knowledge are forced to read papers and do nothing else. 8. **Fooding and Lodging:** The food here is terrible—sometimes it’s decent, but mostly it’s awful. If they get a vegetable once, they’ll serve it for months. If you’re a non-vegetarian, you’re out of luck. You’ll lose your patience. If you ask for any condiments like curd or anything, they’ll complain directly to the lady boss of the organization. If you’re a boy, you’ll share a room with two others. If you’re a girl, get ready to be placed anywhere on campus, sharing a room with 5-6 others. If you think talking to HR would help, read point 1 again.
