...ingle holiday in a week. One has to work for full month just to get minimal pay. Also the salary structure is very low.I think this should be improved and management should take care of. We are the employees of the company so treat like a human not like an animal. Worst experience!

- Company culture is main thing, people in management are directionless/ambition less - Sometimes they expect employees to do some work which can't be done but fresher will be able to learn from these random works. - Several ways to deduct salaries most of the times - Very less leaves and holidays - health insurance not provided - strict shift timing
