If you say anything that pleases him, it’s fine, but if you speak about science, according to him, you know nothing. Unqualified people are given authority to run the labs, while those with actual knowledge are forced to read papers and do nothing else. 8. **Fooding and Lodging:** The food here is terrible—sometimes it’s decent, but mostly it’s awful. If they get a vegetable once, they’ll serve it for months. If you’re a non-vegetarian, you’re out of luck. You’ll lose your patience. If you ask for any condiments like curd or anything, they’ll complain directly to the lady boss of the organization. If you’re a boy, you’ll share a room with two others. ...ingle holiday in a week. One has to work for full month just to get minimal pay. Also the salary structure is very low.I think this should be improved and management should take care of. We are the employees of the company so treat like a human not like an animal. Worst experience!

- Company culture is main thing, people in management are directionless/ambition less - Sometimes they expect employees to do some work which can't be done but fresher will be able to learn from these random works. - Several ways to deduct salaries most of the times - Very less leaves and holidays - health insurance not provided - strict shift timing
