Extremely bad politics at top management which leads to very high demotivation, poor job security and poor work environment. Extremely reluctant & conservative in considering good appraisal at the end of the year. Not a professional approach or method in assessing a person's performance. Average annual increment is hardly between 2%to 6% which is quite low considering its competitors average annual increment. As far as system concern company have some weakness that the system is deliver by the some of senior leaders. Leaders get change system get change. That only weak point of company. It need to improve & make a robust system so that leader get change but system will deliver the things.
