Maintenance Engineer Plant

Electrical/electronics maintenance, injection moulding machines, electrical equipment.

Synopsis of the Role/JD of the role:

• Attending Breakdown maintenance on receipt of Breakdown slip/memo
• Doing root cause (Why Why analysis) analysis and manual check to identify defect/abnormality.
• Implementing the counter measure to prevent occurrence of the same problem/abnormality.
• Taking machine trail and handover the machine for production.
• Coordinating with service engineers for execution of NPD & Improvement with ME Team for machine shifting activity
• Following the prevent maintenance as per annual plan.
• Analysing the previous history of equipment before taking it for PM.
• Doing condition-based maintenance to increase the life of the equipment & continuous monitoring the equipment.
• Understanding of maintenance documentation, MTTR, MTBF
• Operation of utility equipments like cooling tower, compressor, Dg set, chiller
• Able to handle shift individually with electricians
• Basic knowledge of PLC programming & troubleshooting
• Maintenance of Clean room & HVAC system
• Preventive & Predictive maintenance adherence
• Knowledge of injection moulding machine (Milacron, Haitian, Nissei) trouble shooting-hydraulic & all electric machines
• Knowledge of metallizing machine (Arzuffi, Buhler) trouble shooting
• Knowledge of pick & place robot & 6 axis robots of wittmann, yashakawa
