1Prepare basic shop floor rules and discipline -5'S, Basic safety standards

2Resource planning as per customer schedule(short term and long term) Manpower, Machine, Consumables- Machine start-up for Arzuffi, HC, BC

3 Monthly departmental objectives/KPI tracking and making action plan for the reduction of KPIs which are out of target for all white collars -- Metalizing, Hard coating, Base coating process knowledge

4 Identifying training needs for team & development of the team --Troubleshooting for Metalising, Base coating and Hard coating, a problem-solving technique

5 Liaisoning with the maintenance department and Tool room for PM adherence & improvements in Machine and Tool Up time -- Problem-solving technique - 5W,1H, 4-M, Cause verification, 5 Why, QK, SK, MK, QM, PPA

6 Liaisoning with the purchasing department for the maintaining safety stock of raw material and consumables--Internal Auditor For TS 16949 / ISO 14001

7 Involvement in New Product Development- Activities, mold trial, coordination with project and PTC to get the teething issues resolved on time and target flawless launch by sharing the MP infos. to PTC & making plan for resources & required ( Manpower/Space /Machines)
