Role & responsibilities

Production Engineer of Paint Shop Robotic Painting Line

Preferred candidate profile

Responsible for production activities of Paint Shop Robotic Painting line.

• Responsible for shift wise production plan to meet target.
• Responsible for final painted body quality.
• Responsible for rework/repaint of body.
• Manage and motivate team members, supervisors & workers.
• Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
• Liaison with other departments to achieve production targets
• Manpower Resource planning.
• Takes personal responsibility for delivering results.

Functional Requirements :

Knowledge of Paint Shop equipments

Knowledge of painting processes- Surface preparation, Robotic painting, Top Coat defects analysis & trouble shooting

Knowledge of the application of Lean tools in manufacturing

Awareness of paint shop processes- Sealing, Under-body application & PT-CED Process
